Probably one of THE Best experiences in a Big Dealership Service Department - Amazing Customer Service from everyone all around - Service Advisors were extremely courteous professional as well very very informative all throughout my appointment - I must state: This entire seemed surreal, seriously; - while I was waiting I've met one of the New Car Sales Professional, Mr. Theo, he was handling a Customer's newly arrived, customized Yukon XL, which was ordered online 3 months prior; the detail and thoroughness this Sales Professional adhered by was 2nd to NONE!!! I was so impressed by this Gentleman's business acumen & keen awareness I decided to talk to him about the various Trucks & Trims needless to say I ended up test driving a brand-new GMC Yukon Ultimate, note: all while my Vehicle getting White Glove Serviced - literally!! Ladies & Gentlemen Capital GMC / Buick should be crowned the New "Sheriff in Town" of a "One Stop Shop" - from what I've experienced and first hand witnessed all throughout (walked entire Dealership / Property) everyone seems part of a huge kind and very genuine big Happy Family - it is a Family Business; - I applaud the Founder Mr. Tomlinson for creating such positive synergy all around - the Ying Yang of a true formidable presence & highly decorated decorum by the upper brass seems everlasting - a Legacy in the Automobile Industry deep etched into stone - the Capital / Bridges Auto Group is here to stay - and you've left a long lasting very positive impression. Nice. Well done!! Heads up to the Service Director he is in the likes of Clint Eastwood's Character "Heartbreak Ridge" - tough love is the best that outlasts about anything superficial and pretentious - nothing further from the truth here at Capital you will made feel welcome and super taken care of! Thank you Mr. Quinton, Sir Manston you are the Service Master Yoda - your vast knowledge and quick hands on approaches are out of this World were true Customer Service seem to become extinct. Thank you Sir including your quick keen decision making abilities to see through ALL nonsense that is not applicable &/or totally unnecessary. Appreciate all. Even though it required 2 days diagnostic, I was not told until i got there. A had to get a 3 day rental. I was not offered any reimbursements for added expense. I would have scheduled accordingly if I had known prior to arriving.

I took my car back after having a oil change and a transmission Tune up/Flush paying $180 just for the flush. When I got home I realized my gears was not shifting in a timely manner. When I was taking it back to the dealership and the first thing they did was to call my Warranty company. What I was displeased about was it DID NOT have a hesitation in shifting gears when i first took it in for the service. The GMC dealer said I would have to pay to drop my transmission to see what happen.

I apparently was sent to a call center to make my appointment which was an absolute exercise in frustration. This lady talked in circles for 25 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I was asked if they had told me it would be 24-48 hours before they could tell me what was causing my check engine light to come on. No, they hadn’t but here we go. The next day someone got to my car and then parts were ordered and ot took a week to complete the car. My husband asked about a loaner car and was told they had taken that away, which is interesting considering they gave me a loaner 2 weeks prior when they stripped my oil pan and had to replace it. Capital has done all the service on this car since it was purchased in 2016 and I have never had an experience like this. The call center is a disaster and isn’t giving out the right information. They are scheduling appointments days ahead of when someone can actually look at the car and it’s taking longer than ever to complete jobs.
