Confirmed Service Customer
I took my car back after having a oil change and a transmission Tune up/Flush paying $180 just for the flush. When I got home I realized my gears was not shifting in a timely manner. When I was taking it back to the dealership and the first thing they did was to call my Warranty company. What I was displeased about was it DID NOT have a hesitation in shifting gears when i first took it in for the service. The GMC dealer said I would have to pay to drop my transmission to see what happen.
