I apparently was sent to a call center to make my appointment which was an absolute exercise in frustration. This lady talked in circles for 25 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I was asked if they had told me it would be 24-48 hours before they could tell me what was causing my check engine light to come on. No, they hadn’t but here we go. The next day someone got to my car and then parts were ordered and ot took a week to complete the car. My husband asked about a loaner car and was told they had taken that away, which is interesting considering they gave me a loaner 2 weeks prior when they stripped my oil pan and had to replace it. Capital has done all the service on this car since it was purchased in 2016 and I have never had an experience like this. The call center is a disaster and isn’t giving out the right information. They are scheduling appointments days ahead of when someone can actually look at the car and it’s taking longer than ever to complete jobs.
