I had an 8am appointment. evidently didn't mean anything according to service advisor Amy. "That is just the time you get to see your advisor". Her demeanor was other than acceptable. As I departed, I informed her that I would not be returning as a customer. Her response was unnecessary and offensive. She also failed to give me credit for a coupon I had given her. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. I know I am just one person and you don't need my business.

I have a 2024 Yukon, purchased in July, with 13,000 miles. Took it in for a regular service, Came out with a bill almost 500.00. I expected an oil change and tire rotation. First of all, oil change and tire rotation was priced separate, never had this before, add filters and a wheel alignment. I did not approve this wheel alignment and was never asked if I wanted or needed it. Filters were outrageous as well. I have had 2 suburbans and another Yukon. Never have I had a wheel alignment with 13,000 miles before. I have never had a regular service call this expensive before without expecting it. I asked why I needed a wheel alignment and the service guy said it was routine and started telling me everything else they did. I have always had my cars serviced at a dealership. At the least, I should have had the opportunity to approve the wheel alignment. Furthermore, I did not feel welcome in the service center at all. I also asked about the issue I was having about the floor coverings in the back, they will not stay in place. I was told that everyone complains and you’ll just have to buy some more Velcro. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to Capital to have my car serviced. Maybe in the future, customers will be welcome and will be told up front when the service will cost that much money, and have the opportunity to approve or disapprove services Kim Adkins

Earlier this week, I came in for a repair and an oil change. During the initial overview, they recommended a tire rotation and new shocks. We declined, yet when it was time to pick up the car there was a line item on the final bill for a tire rotation. We refused, obviously, but it’s problematic to have to closely monitor the final bill to make sure nothing additional (and unauthorized) was added on. I won’t share this feedback publicly because I don’t want to talk negatively about the company in front of others, but please train your employees not to perform extra services or include extra charges on the final bill unless SPECIFICALLY APPROVED. It creates distrust between the customers and dealership.

It was quick and complete and staff was great. However, my only complaint is the waiting room. The air freshener need to go. I have asthma and the phthalates used in air fresheners makes it difficult to breath. Normally, this isn't a problem, but if the air freshener is close to me or it is really powerful, it is a problem. I was located in the side room without the TV so that I could work. I could not locate the source so I propped open the door with a chair to get some fresh air inside. Unfortunately, it was only 50 degrees outside so the room became cold, but I could breath, so there was a trade off there.
