I was 400 miles away from home staying in the hospital with my wife and started having vehicle problems. I called the dealership and told them my situation and that I needed it back ASAP. The service advisor was very sympathetic and told me they would make it a priority. I brought it in right away and they diagnosed it on the spot. They completed the work the next day and had it running like it was brand new. I was happy to get the call that it was ready. I want to commend Radi and the entire service department staff for helping me out in a tough situation. I was blessed to find this place and if I’m ever in this area and need service work or even to look at vehicles to purchase, this will be the first place that I would come to.

Reginald and his team did a fine job. Not pleased that it took over 3 months to get he air bag replacement. Kept calling both dealership and GMC and were told the part was not available.
