Radi was great! I had an appointment early in the morning and came in a little earlier and my vehicle was still taken in ahead of time. Raji gave me an estimated time for completion and provided options with it being a long wait and I was able to choose based off of his recommendations. He even checked in with the mechanic that was working on my vehicle to get specifics on estimated wait time with multiple repairs that were needed. I checked in a couple of hours after they started and I could tell that they made it a priority because it was finished earlier than expected. Radi answered all of my questions and I left a happy customer! Thank you!
