once parts arrive and you can gegt on the schedule - service is fine. Ordering a part and actually being notified when it arrives without waiting 2 months and calling in to inquire on your own - tons of room for improvement there. I'm actually going to have to move business someplace else because I'm tired of ordering something, wait around, never hear, call in, have to wait a day for a call back, only to find out "yeah - your part has been sitting here".
