Leonard in service was fantastic. The side mirror on my car was broken. He was able to replace just the glass ($168) instead of the whole assembly which would have cost a lot more. I have always been skeptical that dealers always look to do more than is really required due to driver ignorance. Leonard has restored my faith. On another matter, your appointment scheduling system on the phone stinks. Took 6 minutes from a person whose English was fair. 4 minutes of questions not related to my repair. 2 minutes of trying to sell other services before I got the appointment. You need to fix this.
