After bringing my vehicle in for a diagnostic on Friday because the engine light flashed on and off I was told that I needed a tuneup and work done to the ignition coil. The service charge was $1200 which I paid believing my vehicle was in good hands and fixed. Several hour ms laters on my way home from dinner my truck cut completely off, with no warning. The steering wheel locked on me and my truck almost hit the car I front of me because I had no control. There was absolutely on power to my vehicle. I was on a dark two lanes road when this happened and two cars almost ran into the back of me with my family in the car. Luckily tow pedestrians got out of their car to help me in this dangerous situation. It was 7:47 pm when they help my car get out of harms way. I called several tow companies and the quickest that one could arrive was 11:52 am. Meanwhile me and my family were stuck inside a 32 degree vehicle freezing. On top of that when I called the service department the next day. They told me that one they could not tow my car back to the dealership and two they could not see what was wrong with my vehicle until Monday. I expressed over and over again that I needed my vehicle for work, but I was repeatedly told that there was nothing that no one could due until Monday. I asked for the corporate number and was told there was none. I asked to speak with management. I was told that management was not available. I wish that someone could actually listen to the call because all we heard was excuses after excuses i had to pay for another tow to bring my vehicle back to your dealership. I to fight for a vehicle loner. On Tuesday the dealership called stating that they knew what was wrong with my vehicle and was the it was the battery and the alternator. I wish that your dealership had trained mechanics that could give the correct inspection on cars when there is a problem. After I was given the second set of problems after my vehicle left your place of service and broke down hours later. I was told it would be another $1200 to fix my truck. I guess your service department thinks money just grows on trees. You think that I’m going to just let you keep playing and with my truck and eventually you will find out what the problem is. There was no way in the world that I would let you guys ever work on my truck again. You are a rip off. I paid $1200 worth of work and you didn’t fix any problem with my truck. My truck was worse after it left your service. And on top of that I needed up with $180 of towing fees. My experience for me and my family was for from this dealership. I work for a construction company who I don’t want to name and I have told the CEO not to send any of the trucks to your location. This situation truly angered me and the treatment of me from your service employees was fuel to the fire. I have never in my life taken my vehicle to be fixed and it broke down hours later. I use my vehicle for my job and it is really important. There are only tow dealerships that I have allowed to work on my vehicle. I mostly bring my vehicle to your location for oil changes and no major work. I have never had this problem having any major work done. I can say that based on the way you guys handle business that customer care is at the bottom of your concerns. Please call me. I would love to speak with someone in management me being in management myself.
