Service technician actually took time to explain what is possibly going on with my car and provided great suggestions regarding the upkeep and maintenance. My problem is I received an email from the dealership and made a same-day appointment for an oil change however when I arrived there was no record of it in the system so there's some kind of disconnect that needs to be addressed. They still got me in and out despite that so I was appreciative.
