Set an appointment. Arrived at my scheduled time and date, service advisor (Doug) acknowledged that I had an appointment. Vehicle was taken into shop quickly and maintenance was performed in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting area was sufficient. Good visit for regular maintenance.
