I was greeted promptly when I arrived. The agent explained what would be done during my maintenance visit and approximately how long it would take. He then described the 2 waiting areas and directed me to the one of my choice. While waiting, another agent came through and announced that there were sandwiches available (it was around lunch time). The advisor came back after the predicted interim had passed and announced that my vehicle was ready. He explained what had been checked and the findings. My vehicle was ready and clean and I was ready to go!
