As best I can tell (I’m NOT a mechanic) everything that WAS done is good. However, I asked my service manager to have the rear wiper replaced and if I could get a courtesy car wash. He answered “yes” to both. At checkout, I asked if car wash was done and was assured it had been. Took keys and went to leave. Car had NOT been washed. Then I noticed the rear wiper had not been replaced, either. Upon closer inspection of the invoice, discovered it was not included by service manager and I was not charged so I left without pursuing either. The courtesy car wash has been missed more times than not. If you aren’t going to honor it, please just say so.
