I dropped my truck off at 0740am to have my headlight bulb changed before going out of town. I verified my phone number with Ben my service rep. I was dropped off to work and was promised that I would be picked up once my truck was ready. I called at 0930 because no one had called me to tell me what the cost would be and I knew they were closing early because I was advised by Ben and the man who dropped me off. I was quoted my cost and agreed to have it fixed, I was then told by Ben that he would have the washed it for me as a courtesy and I thanked him. I advised him that you man that dropped me off said he would come back and pick me up since I worked so close. So finally 1145am came and no call so I called him back to check on the status he says we have been calling you and I was like no you haven't. I asked what number was her calling and it was my old number. I immediately said we verified my number before I left did you not change it? He just said we called and we sent the driver back to your job. Long story short the driver who came to pick me up did not know my name and I had to spend $8.00 extra dollars to be brought to pick up my truck. My truck was not washed like promised. Ben never apologized and when I mentioned he didn't wash my truck he smirked with his coat and keys in his hands and asked do you want it washed now. I said no and left unhappy. I have been getting my truck serviced with Captial GMC since I purchased it in 2015 and I have been loyal and that's not good customer service to a loyal customer.
