I am very pleased with the service I received. However I’m not pleased with the customer service i received from the service department. Ms. Debra was very helpful from beginning to end. But there was two gentlemen who wasn’t very helpful. Since I didn’t have an appointment they told me I couldn’t be serviced today in a hostile tone as if knew that. I needed another key fob for my car. One of the guys said it’s been like that for a while ma’am, we don’t accept walk in’s. Please tell me how should I know that when there isn’t any signs posted up. Ms. Debra was outside getting my vin number to see if they had a key fob in stock for my car. While she was outside the short stocky man reminded her that she couldn’t service me today because they were already backed up. I was very patient and making an appointment to come back the next day wasn’t a problem for me. I wasn’t angry, impatient or anything, so I didn’t understand why they were that way with me. Thanks to Ms. Debra for assisting me to get what I needed. Those other two guys need a customer service lesson with me.
