It is always a pleasure to work with the people in the service department and particularly Adrienne. They treat you with respect, give you pertinent information, and don't waste alot of your time. Getting a courtesy shuttle ride is also a plus.
I had an apt for 10am. For an oil change and check my lift gate. After waiting for 3 hours til 1 pm they told me that the part for my lift gage might have to be ordered or get from another dealership. I said ok. If they had to order it then it would take a day or so. They came back later and with no update. So I got a loaner car to go to work. Came back 3 hours later. Told them I would be back after 3. I showed up at 3:20. They still didn’t have my oil Change done. Or my lift gate fixed. Apparently, it was something else. But they didn’t call to tell me. So they still didn’t have it fixed or attempted to be fixed or figure out what it was. My car spent a total of 7.5 hours at the dealership for a $79 oil change. That I could have gone somewhere else for 30min for half the price. Will be going to a different dealership to get my tail gate fixed. Will also be contacting the owner of the dealership since we know the same people.

The service was excellent. The reason I rated it a "9" is the alert for the tire problem was not reset or it was improperly reset. I had to return to Capital Buick GMC to get it done. That commute is about 30 min.
I went for a simple oil change and ended up with about things being done. I also had a very long wait despite my being one of two people there for service. I was told it would only take 1 how or so, but I believe I was there for 3 hours
