First thing the serviceperson asked, would I like a shuttle back to work or my home. Was very impressed with that. Second, sales person kept me informed on all work the needed to be done. They got me a price and my ok before doing the work. I could go on. Was very pleased with their customer service.

I came to the dealership for some service to my car and one of the sales representative came out and we discussed a 2007 Ford Lariat pickup and they wanted too much money for it so I would never come back to Capital GMC again

Gardel was fabulous working with me over the email to finalize a deal on the exact car I was looking for before I drove 3 1/2 hours to Atlanta to get it. Never bought a car by email before; Gardel and Capital were great.
The service representative I dealt with was courteous and explained what was needed for my vehicle, etc. The service was completed in the time that I was initially told. The only problem I had is that, later that day, when I got in the car after driving back home, I noticed that the fabric on the interior roof of the car had been stained with what appears to be some type of black grease or residue. I try to take very good care of my vehicle, and I just wished that service department personnel would take more care to be mindful of how they handle the interior surfaces of a person's vehicle. Interestingly, I actually chose to bring my vehicle to Capital Buick GMC after a sour experience at another Buick dealership where someone got some type of residue of some sort on the panel/molding surrounding my navigation screen. This vehicle is my first Buick; I am beginning to assume that this is just how it goes with the Buick service experience. It is unfortunate, because I really love my vehicle.
