I came on 12/29 for my 5 point inspection / check engine light coming on two days prior. Radi was my tech and he was helpful. Fixed my problem plus assisted me with things covered under my wareanty. I was there about 2 hrs. I am here again 12/31 getting my brake pedal fixed under my wareanty and they gave out sandwiches. Nice thoughtful place. Highly recommend

I dropped my truck off at 0740am to have my headlight bulb changed before going out of town. I verified my phone number with Ben my service rep. I was dropped off to work and was promised that I would be picked up once my truck was ready. I called at 0930 because no one had called me to tell me what the cost would be and I knew they were closing early because I was advised by Ben and the man who dropped me off. I was quoted my cost and agreed to have it fixed, I was then told by Ben that he would have the washed it for me as a courtesy and I thanked him. I advised him that you man that dropped me off said he would come back and pick me up since I worked so close. So finally 1145am came and no call so I called him back to check on the status he says we have been calling you and I was like no you haven't. I asked what number was her calling and it was my old number. I immediately said we verified my number before I left did you not change it? He just said we called and we sent the driver back to your job. Long story short the driver who came to pick me up did not know my name and I had to spend $8.00 extra dollars to be brought to pick up my truck. My truck was not washed like promised. Ben never apologized and when I mentioned he didn't wash my truck he smirked with his coat and keys in his hands and asked do you want it washed now. I said no and left unhappy. I have been getting my truck serviced with Captial GMC since I purchased it in 2015 and I have been loyal and that's not good customer service to a loyal customer.
I have gotten service here annually the last few years. I wait for the car. This year took twice as long - 4 hours. I was not kept informed, when I complained was told a manager would call me, no call received. So guess i’ll try somewhere else next year.
Prompt courteous service. Kept me informed during the visit. Clean restrooms and Subway sandwiches for lunch. Cost less than I expected! Relatively new to the Atlanta area and in my several visits to Capital GMC, I have found a consistently high level of service and professionalism.
Alfini Howard was a terrific sales person! He listened to what I stated I wanted in a vehicle and made the buying process hassle-free. The store manager (name unknown) and finance manager (Deborah) was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Capital GMC to others - your customer service is awesome!
Had my first oil change was told that it would be free of charge. But when I picked it up i was charged 50.00$ , when I asked about it the service Advisor said that I waited to long.when I bought the truck no one said nothing about a time limit.I feel that because I bought this truck and didn’t want to put a lot of miles on it that I was cheated out of a service that is used for a Incentive to sell vehicles.

My oil was completely empty after only one month and I have been dealing with this for two years now since I purchased the car. I was told that I must do the test two more times and I don’t understand because clearly there is a problem with my car. Then when I ask the serviceman if I can have an exact copy of the paperwork that they had on file I was met with resistance. I just need my car fixed completely and properly because there is a recall for oil consumption problem on my vehicle and I have been trying to get this taken care of for years now and it has started to affect other areas in my car. Please help me to rectify this problem because I am tired of dealing with this and I need my car to continue working. Thank you
Everything was good except when I started to discuss replacement of a door panel that has alrdy been replaced once. At first, I was told I would have to pay for it and then when I said it should be warrantied, you guys had no record of where it had been replaced. After some back and forth, you guys agreed to order the panel at no cost to me. It just seemed like a conversation I should have had to have. This was a very expensive vehicle and there shouldn't be these types of issues.
